This paper critically considers the effect of female role imaging used to attract women to Engineering in college.

What is this about and what were the main findings?

Female Engineering students, lecturers and Marketing staff took part in this triangulated assessment of the visual imaging used by the college to promote its STEM courses, and the messaging contained within it.
