Principal focus of the project

This study investigated the benefits of peer learning to improve confidence, emotional resilience and critical thinking in Level 3 learners.

What is this about and what were the main findings?

The three-tier system 'buddy' approach was based on graduate student volunteers supporting second year students, who in turn supported first year students, as part of daily peer learning and cross-age collaboration.
