Principal focus of the project
The project focus was on exploring the hypothesis that skills development with technicians is likely to be enhanced by successfully adopting an approach which aims to embed learning and development in practical experiences wherever possible.

What is this about and what were the main findings?
The project led to useful input from the sector on awareness raising events, opportunities to deliver CPD sessions, and join wider networks. The pedagogy prescribed as a key output from the project has been adopted by the NCfN and will be deployed by their providers.
