Digital Educators - OTLA Digital Case Study

Principal focus of the project

The principal focus was to increase the number of practitioners using ICT/digital approaches in innovative ways to improve standards of learning, and to increase confidence among staff members in using ICT/digital approaches to engage and inspire learners.

What is this about and what were the main findings?

This programme was about using technology to enhance and engage with learners by equipping teaching staff with the means to make the most of the technology at their disposal. This involved participants in learning to use various digital and technological skills and programmes, disseminating their learning to their colleagues, and identifying strengths and challenges encountered when teaching through technology.
