The report outlines broad categories of focus for projects across a variety of different projects, and identifies in each project's case at least one achievement that project identified as a success. It also identifies some indicators for success of such projects, such as having dedicated time and space for projects to reflect on practice and understand what outstanding means in the light of this and in their context
