Working towards excellence in staff appraisals

This presentation explores a number of facets of the appraisal process including the purpose of appraisals, target setting, identifying good work, listening skills and providing effective feedback. It also looks at the interactions and relationships between the employee and their manager and between the employee and the organisation. It is relevant to appraisals at any management level.
