Improving services for employers: West Cheshire College


This resource comprises the outputs from one of a series of projects to test a range of approaches to improving and extending training and related business services for employers. This project examined the college's employer engagement processes to ensure that employer facing staff were able to embrace the changes to their roles brought about by major College restructures. The project sought to enable more delivery staff to have the confidence and capacity to meet the needs of employers identified by the sales team and so extend commercial activity across more curriculum areas.
