Improving services for employers: Baldwin Training Centre

Summary

This resource comprises the outputs from one of a series of projects to test a range of approaches to improving and extending training and related business services for employers. This project developed a cost-effective training model which involved social care expert practitioners working collaboratively with Baldwin Training Centre trainers to provide training and vocational skills for the social care sector. By so doing it enhanced the relevance of learning to employers’ requirements and ensured that care workers have the specific skills required by service users within social care.
