Skills and Employer Responsiveness

Welcome to the Skills and Employer Responsiveness (SER) website. This area of the website covers LSIS activity and resources aimed at improving responsiveness to employers including Apprenticeships and skills provision for the unemployed.

By exploring this section of the site you will find a wealth of new resources created in partnership with providers. Some resources still contain reference to TQS, Train to Gain and LSC, but they have been retained on the website as we think they still hold useful content.

LSIS also offers a range of support and other online resources that may be of use if you're interested in skills and employer responsiveness.
