Safeguarding

Safeguarding is very much a ‘hot topic’ at the moment. Some aspects of safeguarding will be the particular responsibility of an individual, role or department. However LSIS advocate a whole organisation approach to safeguarding in the learning and skills sector. By this we mean everyone in an organisation, both learners and staff, have a responsibility to ensure an ongoing culture of vigilance.

These pages will support providers in their thinking; you will find a wealth of resources here to support you with your safeguarding work.
