The permanent MD worked as Executive Director in FE with experience in running vocational and student support depts. Activities normally focus on FE or 14-19 and can tackle fundamental organisational issues with interim management and/or staff training. Working with associates according to the focus, we have staff development both on site and centrally, with LEA or FE managers, educational psychologists and researchers. We have also used drummers, dancers, poets and actors to make a point if necessary.
Materials already produced are in use on college intranets and a new web-based resource on Executive Functioning, produced with a team of psychologists and researchers, is now being introduced to schools and colleges through courses run for senior staff and LEAs.
