With the award of public funding comes accountability and one key measure used by Funders is the project's Exit Strategy. Life beyond public funding varies dependent on the type of project ranging from lessons learnt being integrated into mainstream activities through to commercial viability of the services/infrastructure supported. This workshop will consider the options available to projects backed by practical examples including approaches to marketing and business planning and will prove of use to those preparing applications.
