Revolutions Training: e-Portfollios

Revolutions Training feel they have found and resolved the main issues with the speedy and effective development and accreditation of learners' understanding - building the portfolio.

In one paradigm shift, they have taken over the responsibility of building the learner's portfolio and now collect all NVQ evidence electronically - cutting achievement times by over 50% and sending success rates soaring.

Learners are now able to concentrate not on an audit of their knowledge, but on the development of their competence and understanding. And now with all of their energies working in the right direction, it's typical for learners to develop quite a thirst for learning, taking them well beyond their NVQ Level 2 beginnings.
