FE advice at LSIS is a free service staffed by highly experienced practitioners and teacher trainers. The service offers confidential, specialist advice on working in the further education sector.
We have tried to make it as easy as possible for you to contact us. Firstly though, you might like to take a look at our I'm interested in teaching in further education page as there is some helpful information which might help with your enquiry.

You can email us at fe.advice@lsis.org.uk. During our opening hours we aim to respond within a few hours if the question does not require research on our part. At all other times please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
By phone
You can call us on 0300 303 1877. The phone lines are open 10.00 to 13.00 and 14.00 to 16.30 weekdays. Call cost is at the same rate as a standard landline call, even from a mobile.
Please note: We cannot arrange places on training courses, or employment positions, nor can we offer in-depth careers guidance, but we can point you in the right direction to find these things.
We also cannot help you if you want to work in the schools sector, for which you will need to speak to the Teaching Information Line on 0800 389 2500. There is more information on their website, Teaching Agency website.
