Summary
Ensuring that learners have a positive experience at college can lead to improved satisfaction levels and better relationships between staff and students. This is something that Burton and South Derbyshire College now enjoy thanks to a strong learner voice ethos. A dedicated learner voice representative, coupled with the use of technology and senior management commitment, ensures that students actively contribute to the college’s development.
