Case studies, examples and tips from PRD groups on how they have evaluated their PRD progress including the role the maturity matrix can play in this. Also included is guidance on the measurement of impact and how this has been achieved by PRD groups.

    A deep level of trust and commitment, set out in initial protocols, has enabled the Burton College Group to focus their collaborative quality improvement activity using PRD. This case study describes the impacts and benefits of their three Peer reviews and the group's plans for the future.
