Equality and Diversity

Welcome to the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion section on the Excellence Gateway which provides staff in the Learning and Skills Sector with a comprehensive knowledge base to support work on equality, diversity and inclusion. It offers a useful database of resources, including case studies, guidance and development opportunities. This database is based on contemporary research from colleges, providers and sector agencies and with reference to the legal framework for equality. The aim is to ensure it develops into the most useful and authoritative resources available on the web.
