E-learning example: NVQ level 2 exercises in fitness

The use of the VLE provides an excellent learning environment for the development of innovative learning materials and support of learners. These digital video resources were developed by lecturing staff and are accessible to students and staff via the VLE from anywhere. A total of 35 video exercises have been recorded and made available for the NVQ level 2 sport fitness curriculum.
